What To Delegate (And What To Keep)

A founder’s guide to staying in your zone of genius.

Running a business doesn’t mean doing everything. In fact, it means doing less—with more clarity. At Veltri, we often help founders figure out what to let go of. Here’s a simple way to decide what stays on your plate—and what’s ready to pass on.

Keep doing:
✅ Things only you can do (vision, client relationships, sales calls)
✅ Work that lights you up or moves the business forward
✅ Sensitive or high-trust decisions (at least for now)

Delegate now:
→ Calendar wrangling
→ Inbox filters + replies
→ Research (flight, tools, guests, apps, venues)
→ Client onboarding
→ SOP documentation
→ Content formatting + publishing
→ CRM cleanup
→ Updating your website
→ Following up on unpaid invoices

Delegate later:
⚙️ Anything repeatable
⚙️ Anything someone else can do 80% as well
⚙️ Anything that drains you, consistently

The goal isn’t to offload everything. The goal is to protect your time for what actually matters.
